What questions do I have to answer? We will ask you some basic questions, including the following:
We will also ask about your housing type, education level, and the names and dates of birth of your household members. Answering these questions is not required to receive food, but we hope that you will.
Will I have to do this every time? No. Using Link2Feed allows us to store your information electronically and make future visits quicker. We will just ask you to verify and update your information from time to time.
Is my information secure? Yes. Link2Feed has very high security standards, and volunteers can only see the information that they need to see. Recording information in this way is much safer than recording it on paper.
Who has access to my information? Only certain people can log into the system. The Church of Pentecost Calgary – Food Bank and Food Banks Canada can run reports to look for trends and learn more about the community, but the reports will not identify any specific individual’s information.
