Why the change? The Church of Pentecost Calgary – Food Bank is pleased to collaborate with Food Banks Canada to modernize our intake process. By taking part in this new process and answering a few questions, you will help us reduce wait times for return visits to this organization and help us make smarter decisions on how to serve your community. Link2Feed is an electronic information tool provided to The Church of Pentecost Calgary – Food Bank by Food Banks Canada. This tool makes it easier for food banks to manage information about the community they serve while fulfilling reporting requirements.
Who has access to my information? Only certain people can log into the system. The Church of Pentecost Calgary – Food Bank and Food Banks Canada can run reports to look for trends and learn more about the community, but the reports will not identify any specific individual’s information.
What questions do I have to answer? We will ask you some basic questions, including the following: First and last name, Address, Date of Birth, Number of people in your household.
We will also ask about your housing type, education level, and the names and dates of birth of your household members. Answering these questions is not required to receive food, but we hope that you will.
